The Heritage Softail Classic is built with the H-D™ Factory Customization facilities; it is a next generation security system offers automatic security alarms and ignition of key ring. The anti-lock braking system provides you with a full safety with excellent stopping power. The Dunlop tyre is used in this motorcycle, this tyre offers a sensational grip, awesome handling, and aggressive durability with a pretty good performance. The electronic instrumentation displays the analogue speedometer, analogue tachometer, shift light, electric start, digital two trip-meter, low fuel indicator, low oil indicator and low battery indicator. The digital fuel gauge, Pillion Seat, pillion footrest, Pillion Backrest, Pillion Backrest, Stepped Seat, stand alarm, kill-switch, clock, turn signal and pass light are available in the motorcycle. The available colors are Big Blue Pearl and Vivid Black.
It comes with a Twin Cam 103B™, and Air-cooled engine with a displacement of 1690cc, the maximum power of 65 bhp @ 5500 rpm and torque of 130 Nm @ 3000 rpm. The common compression ratio is of 9.6:1, the fuel injection is of Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI). The exhaust system is Chrome and staggered Shorty exhaust with dual mufflers. The six speed transmission gear box which control the flow of the engine. The primary drive is chain with a 34/57 ratio. The clutch is of wet, light action and multi-plated clutch with a hydraulic control. The frame of the engine is made up of Mild Steel with a Tubular Frame and Rectangular Section Bac.
The front suspension is of steel laced, and the rear suspension is steel laced. The front tyre is made up of 100 MT90B16 72H, and the rear tyre is 150/80B16 71H. The braking system is of anti lock braking system, the front brake is floating discs calipers and four-piston with ABS and with a diameter of 292mm, the rear brake is two-piston floating caliper with ABS and with a diameter of 292mm. The battery has a 12V, 19-AMP/Hour.270 CCA with a free maintenance. The electrical system offers a bulb with a reflector type headlight with a 55/60 W, the headlight gives you a good vision on the road. The capacity of fuel tank is 18.5 liters.
